Presentation
I was born in Arraial do Cabo, where the sea is part of the identity of those who live here. As the daughter of a salt worker and a homemaker, I grew up learning values such as work, belonging, and love for my hometown.
I hold a degree in Pedagogy, with specializations in Early Childhood Education and Basic Education Management, and training in the Reggio Emilia Approach. I have worked in Basic Education for 20 years, beginning my career in Early Childhood Education and, over the years, taking on roles in pedagogical coordination, supervision, teacher training, and educational advisory support.
I am currently part of the Environmental Education team at the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Arraial do Cabo, bringing together my two greatest passions: education and caring for the place where I was born. I believe that educating means transforming people, strengthening the sense of belonging, and contributing to building a more conscious society. My story is interwoven with the story of my city, its culture, and its ocean.
